Pilot Program
The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) is a new program which was launched in June of 2019. The program aims to help and strengthen the economy of smaller communities, especially those in rural areas. Employers in participating communities will have the chance to post their employment requirements and opportunities. Skilled foreigners who are looking to live and work in Canada will be able to apply for these positions and if successful, they will be recommended to apply for permanent residence in Canada.
As of January 1, 2022, the Atlantic Immigration Pilot became a permanent program owing to its stunning success.
